Any reason why the JTA issued a Breaking-News notice that “A long out-of-print account of Abraham Lincoln’s dealing with American Jews is now available online.” See http://books.google.com/books?id=-OxMjGRkFXwC&printsec=titlepage#PPA27,M1

I might point out that not all books on Google are available for d/l overseas. I’ve tried to get the Catalogue from Leveen awhile back with no success.
There are a few versions of Maasot R’ Benyamin MeTudela on google, as well as a few bibliographic books by steinschneider, zunz etc. also Gal-Ed by ShY”R in available (I don’t have the links offhand)
