Project Cotar
I stumbled across a new project by those at Bar-Ilan who brought you the Responsa Project. Project Cotar (Collection Of Torah Articles by the Responsa Project) includes an index and articles from a number of journals which discuss halachic issues such as Tzohar, Zachor le-Avraham, and Ha-Ma’ayan. Their web site also says that it is for sale, but I am not sure if the CD that one can buy is different than what is offered on line, or the same.

this is an awesome resource that i used several months ago, when doing research on some aspects of aveylut. thanks for posting the link!

According to the site it has not been updated since july 2006.
