New Books at Hebrew Books
Hebrewbooks has posted some more books to their website. See some titles pointed out at Ishim ve-Shitot. After a quick look over the list I have a few more books to add. The first is the important work by the Egyptian rabbi Raphael Aharon ben Shimon, Nahar Mitzrayim (part one, two) about the customs and laws observed in early 20th century Egypt. Also Saul Lieberman classic essay Al ha-Yerushalmi. Lastly, there is a nice book in English by Samuel Dresner on the dietary laws. This has been reprinted so I am not sure about the copyright. They have also posted a short video of how the scanning process works.

There are a few other books that I am unsure of the copyright like Jacobson’s Netiv Benah. One other great book that was just uploaded in Naftali Ben Menachem’s Zemirot shel Shabbat. The back portion has a great discussion about the history and background of the various zemirot as well as an explanation of the various zemirot.
