They’re Talking to the Wrong Person
The leadership of synagogue boards in Northern Israel have become fed up with cell phones ringing in the middle of prayer services. As a result, they have decided to take action and have sought a permit to install cell phone jamming equipment and have sent the Israel Communications Ministry a request for it to examine the possibility of authorizing the use of equipment that disrupts cell phone reception in synagogues in Northern Israel.

So are they refering to prayer during the week or Shabbat? There is obviously a big difference. Also, your title is misleading- God is not a person- at least that is what Maimonides claims and who am I to disagree? Harry

I think that it is during the week, although I could be wrong. I needn’t a catchy title hence the anthropomorphism.

“They’re Talking to the Wrong One,” perhaps? The title capitalization preserves the necessary ambiguity.
