New Book-A Window Into the Responsa Literature

Shmuel Glick, the editor of the Kuntress ha-Teshuvot he-Ḥawash, has published Eshnav le-Sifrut ha-Teshuvot (A Window Into the Responsa Literature). The book is available from the Schocken Institute in Israel.

The Sages, vol. 2

A New Index to the Talmud

The NYT has an article about a new index to the Talmud. (hat tip) It is available in either English or Hebrew and is published by Feldheim.  There is a website for the book that includes some sample pages and it looks very good.  I would be interested to know if anybody has used it.

New Books from Israel on the Sages and the Aggadah
