4. בירה משקה כהלכה : היבטים בריאותיים והלכתיים. (here) I am not sure what to make of the information about the publisher, it might be a funny coincidence or maybe it’s a PR book. The place of publication is Bnei Brak and the publisher is קרלסברג. Could it be related to this Carlsburg?

Not that I know of. I don’t think that Israel has the equivalent of Pro Quest Dissertations. Maybe you could directly contact the authors if you could find their email address somewhere.
